Pelynt NDP Update September 26th.

Cornwall Council are now assessing our Neighbourhood Plan submission documents in depth to ensure legal compliance. There may be changes needed so we expect a waiting period of 6 to 8 weeks before further action. After that an independent examiner will be appointed to ‘test’ the plan in depth.

Submission NDP – this is the group of documents that has been sent to Cornwall Council. Pelynt Parish Council has fully considered the content and implications for the future and has approved it for submission.This can be viewed online or downloaded. Hard copies will be available soon.

Your responses have been analysed and used to modify the draft NDP. A comprehensive report has been created as part of the NDP submission.
