Pelynt NDP Spring Update 31/03/2025 Consultation on our plan is over and an independent examination has commenced to check all the comments made as well as the plan policies and evidence. Watch out for a summary leaflet through your letterbox very soon to prepare for the final stage – Your Vote.

The SUBMISSION NDP includes policies on housing, character, community facilities, transport, employment, parking climate change and sustainability. Once made, these policies will be used to determine planning applications locally along with the Cornwall Local Plan. This link will take you to the policy detail.
